AfrikDelta Marine Limited (ADML) plays an active role in making the host communities a better place to live and work, knowing that the ongoing vitality of the host communities has a direct impact on the long-term health of our business.

Therefore, our company has always engaged the services of Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) from and for the host Communities. It is ADML’s tradition to engage the host communities in meetings at various levels: the Youths’ Councils, the Council of chiefs, the Paramount Rulers, etc.

The company through its robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy intends to play her part by contributing to various community projects, employment and training of community youths both offshore and onshore, and as needs arise assist in physical community development.

We also welcome the use of local contractors in areas such as procurement, employment agencies, and general related services.
